  • Sealed Products: Returns are only accepted on factory-sealed products (e.g., booster boxes, sealed packs, sealed accessories) that are unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Singles & Opened Products: Individual trading cards, opened packs/boxes, or customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Condition Issues: We do not accept returns for minor imperfections in product packaging (small dents, scuffs, or shrink-wrap tears) as these are common in manufacturing and shipping.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.

  3. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • If an item is returned opened, damaged, or missing components, a partial refund or denial may be applied.
